The hotel was wonderful and fabulous in every respect. the staff was welcoming and provided theatrical service. - the Olive oil tastings and their knowledge of wines were impressive. - Our double room was equipped with Nespresso machines. - We enjoyed the lovely views from our room.

The price of room service ( a sandwich 15 euros) was over the top.

The rooms were new-fashioned and huge with a jacuzzi tub and a large selection of TV channels and radio music. the food was delicious. - the location was magnificent. - I had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again.

This is a great hotel probably one of the most modern in Barcelona. It's only fall back was that it was very close to the airport but a 30 min train ride to Barcelona city.

Design of rooms, colors, very modern. Bellman very helpful giving us directions on how to use the metro efficiently within our limited timeframe. Breakfast buffet excellent.
Would have liked a face cloth, better instructions on how to use the safe, kleenex in the bathroom.

The location on the beach was fantastic. Many restaurants within several blocks. Bus stops right in front of hotel. Staff is very accomodating.
I was disappointed the Spa sauna and steam wasn't working, although I had excellent massages there. Also, had stayed at one of their properties on the beach in Valencia (Las Arenas) and that spa was fantastic. So was hoping the Nixe spa would be similar but it was much smaller.

great design and comfortable bedroom. The hotel is close to metro station so easily accessible to central although distant from the central.
most facilities usage are not free including Gym and Swimming Pool. Hotel reception gave me the wrong direction to tourist point, stuff are not trained well.

Rooms are very nice and spacious.
Front desk female ( morning shift) was not very friendly, I will said poor comunications skills in Spanish, even it was her mother language. I did not feel welcome. It was made up by Male front desk guy ( I think his name was Roger) He was very nice and he show me an exellent customer service skills
